Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Carioca Swimwear® ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Carioca Swimwear® ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day that you receive your package to file for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to receive a refund or to create an exchange. Return/exchange packages must be postmarked within the 14 day return window. There will be absolutely no refunds, store credit or exchange after 14 days from receipt of package. All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners much be in place on all bottoms. Refunds/exchanges  within the 15 days will be credited to the original credit card used (shipping fees will not be refunded) All items marked "Final Sale"  can not be exchanged or returned. No Exceptions. All items returned in a soiled, worn or damaged state will be brought to your attention via email. We will ship all such merchandise back to you and reserve the right to charge a $25 fee.
